Notice of Annual Meeting, Election of Town Officers, and Board of Canvass, Maple Lake Township
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Maple Lake Township, County of Wright, and
State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual meeting will be held at the Maple Lake Town Hall located at 6298 Bishop Ave NW Buffalo, MN 55313 on Tuesday, March 10 th , 2026. Polls will open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. The Annual Township Meeting will commence immediately after the closing of the polls. The Board of Canvass will follow the election and Annual Meeting. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until Tuesday, March 17 th, 2026. Officers to be elected: One Supervisor for a three-year term. Absentee voting can be done at the Wright County Government Center.

2026 GRAVEL & DUST CONTROL BIDS-
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Maple Lake Township, Wright County, State of Minnesota is soliciting bids for the hauling and dumping of 10,000 yards of gravel, applied at 3 inches thick (the amount could be more or less), must also have a minimum of 7 belly dump trucks, or end dump trucks some exceptions might be made if you do not have 7. This must be applied by June 14th, 2026.
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of Maple Lake Township, Wright County, State of Minnesota, is soliciting bids for 100,000 gallons of magnesium or calcium chloride, no less than 2.5%. Price to include materials and application on roads up to 24 feet in width and applied prior to June 21st, 2026.

CROFOOT AVE NW PROJECT
Maple Lake Township received a grant to reconstruct, asphalt and make water improvements on Crofoot Ave NW on Lake Sullivan. Surveying will be done this year but the whole project will not be completed until 2027. (not sure when exactly this will be completed yet)

Winter Ordinance- regarding parking in the right of way went into effect November 1st. Please be aware of the ordinance, the ordinances are all available to read on the website. (Go to the Ordinances Tab.)
Winter Ordinance is currently in effect.
To ensure safety and compliance:
- No Parking: Parking is prohibited on all Township roads.
- Snow Disposal: Property owners are not permitted to push snow across Township roads or leave snow piles on them. This activity creates hazardous road conditions that are unsafe for drivers.
